I'm So Confused

What to do when you are trying to re-attract your ex-girlfriend, and she says that she’s “so confused” and does not know what she wants.

In this video coaching newsletter, I discuss an email from a viewer who broke up with his girlfriend of a year about six months ago. They live long distance from each other, and when they were still together, they always talked about how he was going to move to where she was. The last few months of the relationship, they started arguing more and more. Even when they got together in person, he continued to argue with her until she finally had enough. She broke up with him and he started to chase and pursue and in his own words, “acted like a needy little bitch.” He has done a good job of backing off and letting her start to reach out to him again. He’s focusing on the simple fundamentals of hanging out, having fun, and hooking up, and not talking about the future so much, or locking her down to a commitment. He asked me to critique his approach, and help him fine tune it, so she wants to get back together again long term.
