HAPPY DAY, when a division is ready to be potted up for the next step of growing on and becoming their own individual plant! Today is the day that I pot up Laelia Zip. I prefer the roots to not be too long and too entangled in the extractor fan material, so that there is little to no manipulation of them in the repot. I find it easier this way, and avoid breaking them!
