Please enjoy this quick 5 minute grounding meditation. Use whenever you are stressed, need to focus, feel "flighty" or nervous. It can be used to prepare for anything from a business meeting to a serious talk or even before sleep.
I created this meditation specifically to help ground the participants of a meditation group that I facilitate in Canandaigua, NY. It helps them come back into their bodies after rushing to the meetup after work.
