GOP Senator Lindsey Graham STRUGGLES Answering Simple Question About Gun Violence

Senator Lindsey Graham wants to debate Democrats on gun issues when he has trouble answering gun violence questions. The Majority Report crew discuss background checks and the re-implementation of the assault weapons ban, which expired in the early 2000s, and has coincided with an increase in mass shootings. Here's Lindsey Graham being asked by vice reporter Emily Landers she asked a very similar question about why the united states is so jarringly different in the area of gun violence and Lindsey Graham has nothing really substantive to say either. so yeah we're here we're at a point where there's a bunch of different lies that the police department has said the body armor thing seems to be unconfirmed like he was wearing some sort of thing that may have looked like body armor and this might have this clip was I think probably like around 18 to 24 hours old so right but what he's saying here is false. It's unclear like the police department is saying that the school resource officer engaged. Yeah they i mean they keep saying engaged I mean that's the other thing that we should talk about is the just lies of police departments across this country but especially even in this case where they're saying yeah we contained they contained the shooter you contained him in a school in a classroom in one classroom where he did he was killing all of his murders, yeah exactly. so like that's not that I don't know what the word contain means but um maybe we need to send cops back to uh you know read some dictionaries…
