Planting Potatoes a New Way, Again! Will it Work?

This is our fourth potato season at Harvest Hills Ranch. Each year we have tried a new technique. Well, 2021 is not going to be an different. Given the success of planting potatoes behind a cover crop in 2020, we decided to incorporate that again, but this time with a twist. Well, actually a shovel.
