Nigel Cheese's Quantum Battery - R&D Update and measuring amps

After some further research and development on Nigel's quantum battery and chatting with him, I got a great design hint I'll show here. I also measure amperage from a single newly built cell as well as a larger older battery. The power from a single drop of water is pretty impressive!
