Softube Console 1 Fader issue - Calibration Fix?

Had an issue today with a fader on the Softube Console 1 Fader. Wanted to show my attempt to find the best way to calibrate and resolve the stuck fader and also the issue with the Console 1 plug in window that kept popping up in error.
