This week we have seen hundreds of complaints of users getting logged out and unable to reset their password. Watch this video to fix the problem.

An error occured. Please try again later. We analyzed the code and discovered something with the IP address not allowing the form to be submitted. We tested on iMac, Windows and multiple browsers, iPhones and iPads. The error would still reproduce regardless the email address. We contacted support several times to no avail and they advised us they were working on the problem.
