This video will demonstrate to you how to use a ruler to measure distances to the correct number of significant figures. It is important that you are able to measure with the correct precision. That means you must be able to measure to the estimated digit if you are using an analog measuring device. The estimated digit is often overlooked, but is absolutely required for a correct measurement to be obtained.
