China-Russia MOON BASE Begins

Move over Elon Musk and SpaceX, China and Russia are working together to build a moon base. And the goal is to drive the rest of the world away from the US and NASA, so China and Russia can dominate space. The China Space program already was the first to land a lunar rover on the dark side of the moon. Are the days of US space dominance over?
