Relationship with God

Many People think all religions are the same and all have certain rituals and traditions and customs that you need to abide by, do them in order to receive something in return, But the true Christian faith is completely different. We love God the Father because He loved us first, In fact, the Lord Jesus was opposed by the religious people of His time because He introduced God as a Loving Father who desires a relationship with His children, that's why God created us to begin with, for a relationship. But we committed high treason agains God, became ally and friend with His enemy, the devil and did his evil will and purposes, some of us tried to get back to God and tried to create our own traditions and rituals and thinking these are the thing we must do to get back to God. And the devil also invented some of these religions which are completely against the Word and Will of the true God. But Jesus came to reveal who this God is, He is God who was manifest in human flesh, revealed God's character and it was completely different than what religions had taught us. thus through faith in Jesus and what He did on the cross we can be forgiven and receive the Holy Spirit and be re-born in the family of God. We become God's children spiritually, we become free from devil's grips and curses and chains, we enter a living and loving relationship with the true the true God of heaven who made us all. in this relationship, God speaks to us, we can speak to Him, He has a pal to for our lives and leads and guides us if we allow him through fellowshipping with Him. I was a muslim before myself and know what it means to be religious but not having a relationship, I know what it means to go through the motions with the best of intentions but not knowing who the Father is, it was like a transaction, it was like working to get something and noting about love, it was all a transaction. But the Lord Jesus changed all of that, He made the way through His body, He died for our sins and paid the price for our shortcomings and redemption, He redeemed us through His own precious Blood. Now we can be re-connected to God through faith In Jesus and receive the Holy Spirit and thus the beginning of a love relationship with God.
