"I'm Gonna Choke You Again!"

Nampa Police Officer Young pulls Brandon Apple off his bike and takes him down while refusing to tell him why. Young threatens and chokes Apple repeatedly and says he "went out" twice. Brandon keeps asking why they stopped him and all they can say is he should've stopped when he was told to stop. This was July 7th 2021 in Nampa Idaho. Brandon was been in prison in Kuna for this case and will be eligible for parole in December of 2022. Is this justice?
