Sleep VLOG E25 S1 (Episode 25 & Season 1)
25 days ago I started a sleep study to help me sleep better. Some nights are good, others or horrible, and that is how life functions. What I have learned is that sleep is a vital part of lives for 7 - 9 hours nightly. I used to think of sleep as something I just needed to check off and get done. Decades later after the college years of pushing my brain to the brink of disaster, nope, sleep is an opportunity for my body & brain to relax, recharge, and rest from the stresses and wears/tears of life. Without proper sleep, yes, after a few days the average human begins to feel wasted...
