Do you want to learn how to use Adobe Illustrator to produce great vector illustrations while having fun? Then this is the course for you!

Illustrator is a vector-based software application. This course has something for everyone, whether you’re new to Adobe Illustrator or have been using it for years.

This isn’t a drawing class; each time, we go over the complete workflow, from the first outline sketches to fully-fledged vector drawings, giving you an inside look at each step of the creative process. It will be entertaining to build these Walt Disney-style characters. You can copy each piece of art using the sketches, colors, and materials shown in the course and videos, or you can use the techniques shown to make your own versions of these characters and let your imagination run wild.

Even if you’ve never drawn a character before, don’t worry. We’ll just draw outlines over your sketches and show you all the important techniques and ideas that illustrators use to make characters that look good.

To follow along with the course, you’ll need Adobe Illustrator, preferably the most recent Creative Cloud version, but no older than CC 2015, as we’ll be dealing with a lot of new capabilities. We’re using a mouse, but a pen tablet might also work.
