Woman Urinates on Public Bench

@VideoMattPresents was driving down the iconic Wilshire Blvd in the great Southern California when he was about to take a right on Bundy Dr to hit up the local Ralphs for some toilet paper when all of a sudden VMP looks to his right and he notices a woman urinated on the public bench and just laying in it like nothing happened. What do you think about this video? Was it wrong for Video Matt to film such stuff because this woman is Mentally ill or maybe perhaps on some drugs or a really bad hangover? Regardless it's never good to judge but judging by this situation this is a health hazard and filming it and showing people is what every AMERICAN should do.... or just a person who wants to help live in a clean world by not pissing or pooping on public things lol
