Nadir Ali: Lipotoxicity, due to fat cells unable to store more fat, can be overcome

Dr Ali explains how excessive having inflamed, insulin resistant fat cells causes endogenous fat to be rejected by our fat cells and build up in the blood as triglycerides. This leads to poor metabolic health. Some people may be obese, but if they are in strong metabolic health (low triglycerides and high HDL) they can still be healthy.
