Spontaneous drum solo ideas!

I like to sit at the kit and play ideas that come to me spontaneously. This is inspired from Dave Weckls online school that i joined a few months ago. Its going to be a work in progress for a long while. I have no aspirations of thinking i am going to play like Dave but i have started to incorporate ideas and different beats and fills in my playing which is what my goal is for joining the school. I really enjoy practicing and joining the school is well worth the money and time i put in.

I also attended Dave Weckls 8 hour intense master class which was amazing to sit with him and 11 other drummers for the entire day. He is a machine and really nice guy. I am open for any ideas anyone may have. I hope this may inspire other drummers to look into the school or just spend more time working on whatever it is your trying to accomplish!
