Teresa was upset that the president got fired and then she didn't like a sign that a woman was holding, which I believe was against mask or vaccine mandates, so she "shoulder checked" her. She confesses this to police saying "that cow got what she deserved". The trial for this case was vacated and they tried to sweep it under the rug, but Casey Whalen caught them and exposed it.
