YOUR "YES" HAS NO VALUE UNTIL...

In this video, we went over how your yes has no inherent value until... you learn to say no. If we are a yes mam or yes man, we will allow people to exploit us because of our over- agreeableness. When we learn to say no when we are not into something, this gives us values in which we stand by. Learn to have values and say yes when things are in congruence and no when they are not.
