Who doesn't love a bacon wrapped jalapeno?

Here's one that I like doing, super easy and always a hit at parties.

All you need is some jalapenos, bacon, Italian sausage, cream cheese, and some flavoring. You can put them in the smoker for a couple hours to really add some more flavor too! I'm on a time crunch here so they went in the oven, they're still amazing even without the smoke.
