Coffee Roasting IRL!

Roasting up 2 Batches of the washed SL-34 that was grown in El Salvador. The SL-34 is a bean originally from Kenya, however SiCafe wanted to do an experiment to see how well it would grow in El Salvador. The experiment was a success and it produced an amazing bean with flavor notes of pepper, cloves, black current, and caramel.
