Eyes are a window into the brain. Here is a simple explanation of eye function and the importance of maintaining an optimal eye/brain connection. I also demonstrate easy eye exercises you can utilize to help support brain power.

These exercises can be beneficial to most, not to just those who have experienced a brain.
