Ep. 3 | Just Mowing.... That's It

Another beautiful #Colorado day! This yard takes me 27 minutes to do #solo. I charge $36 for this one. This makes my per man hour rate $80. Yes, it is a good number, however I am trying to have all my yards by $85+ per man hour. Typically, during the springtime, things just take a little bit longer. So, it is understandable that my #PMHR would be a little lower than what I would like it to be. I am sure once the growth starts to slow down, I will be hitting my PMHR every week.

If I wanted to reach my PMHR on this lawn, on this day and this is how long it took every week, I would need to charge about $38. If I can shave off 2 minutes on this lawn, so it takes me 25 minutes solo, my PMHR would be $86 (at the $36 price), and I would be golden!
