Pork Loin Filet and Potatoe Puree

Fresh pork loin filet dry rubbed with roasted garlic and herb coated with butter and peppercorn. Served with a side of Apple wood smoked bacon potatoe puree. Served it for a date night at home! Pretty happy with it!
