Maryland Democratic Supermajority overrode Governor Larry Hogan’s veto House Bill 937, The Abortion Care Access Act.

The Bill allows non-physicians to perform abortions throughout all 9 months of pregnancy and requires insurance companies to pay for abortions without copays or deductibles.

It would cost $3.5 million in state funding every year to train health care workers.
