Uvalde Response was a Government failure from the top down

law enforcement have come under some scrutiny over their response, or lack of, to the Uvalde Robb Elementary school shooter. It's now under review by the US Justice Department. We got some comments that we didn't address the government response last week, so we will tonight. They all messed up, Federal, State & Local.
