God is good all the time 533: Was God at Uvalde

This is a question many people will ask time and again whenever there is a tragedy...where is God when things happen. It is never a good question to hear and to have to try to answer. The answer is not easy to hear and at times it is not always comforting to people. But God was there in the midst of all that was happening...to give His comfort to those that He would. Then the next question is always why would God let this happen? And again it is not an easy answer because I am not God...BUT ultimately it falls on us as humans because we are in a fallen world and we have not stayed close to Him so that we can identify evil before things happen. These are not easy things to have to learn but we still have to learn them. Does this make us seem crass and uncaring...it might. But we love you all in Uvalde and we are praying for you, for you to be comforted and for you to know that He has never left you and is there to help and comfort you.
