Here are some exercises you can do on some gymnastic rings!

I'll be making some "how to use" videos on common home workout equipment over the next few weeks.

I'm a bit concerned some people will think of them as salesy.

While I do sell fitness equipment, keep in mind that we already have many people that already have them and have been actively requesting that I make more tutorials.
