Many of them are often being visited by, but not yet communicating with, the ETs now.

The new Nation of the Oceans (the ERA and The Alliance of Life) will be finalized and known across the globe.
Then, once the Earth's cleansing has started to settle down a bit, they will make themselves known to everyone.

You will see them up close as real as the nose on your face.
They will be associating with individual people, businesses, governments, and new groups.
