Why are they still giving out vaccines???!!!!

Who's in charge here? They need to be arrested. Vaccinated people can still contract and spread covid. This "vaccine" doesn't give people immunity and therefore, herd immunity is lost and humanity will forever be destroyed with one variant after another.
