A Derecho hits Ottawa; the biggest storm in decades and wouldn't you know, it happens right in the middle of our 50th wedding anniversary. The devastation was widespread (check the aftermath pics) but our party went ahead without a hitch - well unless you consider a power blackout as a hitch.
