Audio Issues With Brand New T-Mobile REVVL 4+ While Recording

I just purchased this T-Mobile REVVL 4+ cell phone recently and right away I discovered my LiVE videos and recorded videos, such as this one, gets horrible audio interface.
This has been happening since day 1 on my first videos!
As I re-watched this video before uploading to YouTube, I was a little disappointed the audio was clear at first, because I wanted to catch it on camera. But as soon as I talk about the Studio Ring Light and pan over, the interference starts up to prove my point.
Maybe it has to do with movement??
This should not be an issue while using a camera in motion. I did not get it to use as a steady cam!
I will try to get it replaced at the local retailer first before going directly to T-Mobile.

Anyone else ever have this issue with this phone?

I really like this phone but I need good recording quality for uploading videos for business and personal needs!
