I have French Cleats in my shop. I hang everything from them. Lights, tool boxes, and of course tools. But how strong are they? This videos explains the how, what and why of French Cleats, and hopefully PROVES how strong and versatile this mounting system is!

I have an upcoming project where I need to know if the French Cleat system is a good choice for mounting heavy items. I think I have my answer!
