The Surge Finding more power in the Testing Chamber

So yes there will be more playing around in the test chamber till I beat the full test chamber and from there gain all the implants that I am after for the reason of gaining more HP, stamina, and Energy. So much stats that it makes it nearly impossible for me to lose all my hp in a single hit.
