The first child has been born in liberated Izyum, literally under enemy fire

In the military hospital, a healthy boy has been delivered. A couple of minutes before he was born, Ukrainian forces struck the city with rocket artillery. A woman wounded by the shelling is now recovering in the same hospital next to the happy mother.
