Mini Meatloaf with Thyme 👩‍🍳 Signs of the end times...

I share a little about my week and prepare an easy and complete meal for two: mini meatloaf with thyme, cream sauce, fresh green beans and potato wedges. All baked in the oven in just a little over 30 minutes. This originally was a recipe from a Hello Fresh meal that I saved to make on our own because we enjoyed it so much. 😋💗
