Dozens of Executive Orders, but Nothing for Black Dems

Among 24 executive orders signed by Pres. Biden there is only one for blacks--a pathetic research study. By contrast transgenders and Latinos won big. Malcom X had something to say about this way back in 1964. "You put them first and they put you last--because you're a chump. A political chump." Nothing has changed.
