A quick dip for real estate or is something bigger brewing?

No matter what my opinion is, I will always listen to the market. Been hearing some talks of very slow market incoming so keeping my eyes peeled. Right now, what I see it opportunity for Buyers that hasn't been there for years. The type of opportunity that buyers who have "passed" in recent times would say they welcomed or would jump on if happened, but I know better. That's not how market psychology works. When the time is right to buy is when no one wants to do it. THat's what makes it a good time as you have more options/power as a buyer. That is where we are right now. Will prices go lower? Will rates go higher? Its possible, but so is the opposite. All I know is right now is looking great vs all of 2020 and 2021 for home buyers. Links below. Hope it helps!
