This Officer has some severe Ego issues, to go out of his way to start, escalate and push an Nothingburger into a full blown close case of DEADLY FORCE. Who the hell does the Psych evals for Waco Police, Dr. Charles Manson?

I encourage anyone that has time to file a complaint with Waco Police, the City Council of Waco and the Governor's Office. The idea that Cops are running about saying "I don't care what the Gov said" is a real issue.
