Trying out a ROM hack on Project Nested (1.3) w/ SNES9X - Super Mario Bros. Special MMC3 hack

I always wanted to try this out - partly because I'd like to envision a proper Super Mario All-Stars "Remake" of SMB Special and All Night Nippon SMB. But so far the only Special hack that boots is the one that was hacked to be MMC3 compatible (I tried the most recent, 35th Anniversary Edtion, but no lucky).
