Every day I have an email, text, or phone call about someone needing help when it comes to mental illness! Children as young as toddlers whose parents tell me they are "ODD," (Oppositional Defiant Disorder).

Mothers who have post-partum and feel unsafe in general but particularly around their own children: knowing it's not them, it's that they are not meeting the needs of their brain and body on a biochemical level and their brain can no longer take it!

When I mention slow oxidizer, most people have not had the experiences of any sort but the doctor visits where they confess their symptoms, often the full truth that is hidden from most of us on social media! Raging, blind rage, anxiety, you can see it, it's not hidden it's in the gray hair! It's in the overweight body, it's in the "I'm too busy to be here with you..." messages when you see them on live streams! It's ANXIETY! It's in their family members, but they don't want to see it in themselves: who does?

So we develop coping mechanisms: passive-aggressive, distancing ourselves from close intimate relationships when they get too close to pain, discomfort, instead of building on a good foundation we seek more of the same thing: isolation, reclusing, procrastinating on everything from losing weight to creative endeavors!

We have more neuroses, psychosis, Schizophrenia, Bipolar today than ever before, because we are not connecting, we are disconnecting from nature and we are not metabolizing, we are not converting our food into nutrients for the body to have a healthy spark!

Like the short share I gave that was given in the book I finished today this am, the 3 sisters who due to religious beliefs did not "doctor," ate very healthfully and had good habits. But the youngest sister went upstairs in their family home where they all lived together began throwing the furniture out the window, and it went on for 2 days while the sisters, who did not support "Psychiatry" and didn't want to send off their sister, knowing she would wind down waited and a friend of the family reached out to this man i was reading about his studies for years. This sister was a slow metabolizer and was helped through nutrient therapy!

Schizophrenia, bipolar, psychosis, neuroses, ODD, all of it helped by tissue testing, understanding metabolic type, knowing how to interpret what is shown, emotionally, physically, and energetically. If only more people knew they wouldn't sit and waste years, lose relationships, opportunities, and come out of mental illness as was the case for another woman who was in catatonia, whose family had settled upon committing her to a mental hospital.

Introverts are a made-up thing! They are not real once you realize that you lacked energy, confidence, and optimizing your health!

Then, you are creative, energetic, enthusiastic, naturally extroverted!

It's been proven, over and over! But sickness and victimhood make money!
Don't just give it away, do something for yourself!
