-Teyatha: means to do it.

-Om: It is formed by the three pure sounds ("A", "U", "M"), which also means the body, speech and mind that become the sacred body, speech and mind.

-Bekhajye bekhajye: get rid of the pain of illness.

-Maha bekhajye: getting rid of the pain of illness (from the darkness of spiritual ignorance).

-Bekhajye: getting rid of the pain of illness.

-Samudgate: Ocean of Goodness (Ultimate Heights).

-Svaha: laying the foundation in the heart, the blessing, the devotion from which realization proceeds.

One explanation of the meaning of bekanze is that it refers to eliminating the pain of true suffering, not just from illness, but from all problems. Eliminates the death penalty and rebirth that are caused by disturbing thoughts.
The first bekanze eliminates all problems of the body and mind, including old age and illness.
The second bekanze eliminates all causes of true suffering, which is not external, but within the mind. This refers to disturbing thoughts. It is the internal cause that allows external factors to become conditions for the disease.
The third phrase, maha bekandze, or "great elimination", refers to the elimination of even the subtle impressions in consciousness caused by disturbing thoughts.
