✔INGREDIENTS:
500g flour
200g unsalted butter or margarine
1/3 tsp salt
1 sachet of baking powder
200g kefir
1 egg (white for inside brushing, yolk for surface brushing)

✔FILLING:
250g roasted and choped walnuts
200g sugar
1/3 tsp cardamom
1 sachet of vanilla sugar

♨️ BAKE AT 356 F ~ 30 min ♨️
