Cat collar embedded under leg | Niagara SPCA Shelter Medical

Found with his front leg caught in his collar, this guy was also underweight. Once in the care of the SPCA, his wounds were surgically closed. He's still recovering but he's putting weight back on with a voracious appetite. Care for this kitty and others like him are funded by charitable donations.
