Dream Yoga
Hi friends, I'm happy your Search for Joy lead you here. Today we will do a 30 minute vinyasa flow which I am calling "Dream Yoga". I woke up at 4:30a and quickly jotted this sequence down. Today let's have fun, find softness around the edges and flow like water. So, unroll your mat, smile and lets get busy.
