Hi friends It's Joy with In Search of Joy Wellness. What Joy are we searching for this evening friends? I put together an intro to vinyasa yoga a nice short slow flexibility and strength flow. I noticed my views have dropped. Please new viewers let me know what you think of this video? Please be kind. I started doing yoga on YouTube and their are so many people out there. Who do I follow? What makes me different? What make me do what I do?

I want to create short videos that are a one stop where you can start learning to do Yoga Asana (Poses). Yoga has many parts Asanas (poses) are what we are practicing. I didn't know anything about yoga . I did know I hated to go to a studio and be around people I didn't know and start bending my body all over. I felt weird out of place and self conscious. Learning Yoga on YouTube has been a beautiful positive experience for me. As my practice grew, I found teachers and mentors. I became a 500hr RYT, registered with Yoga Alliance. All this started with videos on YouTube. I will be forever grateful for this and I decided that maybe there are poeple out there that want to do yoga too but don't know where to start. Well, maybe you can start with me in search of your joy.......
