Dragon Ball Z: Budokai Tenkaichi 3 is a fighting video game developed by Spike and published by Bandai Namco in Japan and published by Atari in North America. Dragon Ball Z Budokai Tenkaichi 3 was originally released on October 4th, 2007 for the Playstation 2 in Japan. Later on, DBZ BT3 was released in Europe on November 9th, 2007 and was released four days later in North America on November 13th, 2007. Both later release dates saw a 2 version of the game.

A Wii version was released in Japan on October 4th, 2007, the same day the 2 version was launched. On December 3rd, 2007, North America got a release date for the Wii version and Europe got the Wii version on February 15th, 2008.

As it goes, the story starts at the Saiyan Saga.

The evil Saiyan, Raditz, has appeared. Goku and Piccolo are forced to team up to face this powerful enemy.

The Z level battle has now begun.
