You can sell it, borrow against it, and rehab it (also known as a workout). There’s a lot you can do with notes from a laptop/cell phone, making it more scalable because you can manage more notes than properties.

1000 pooled loans would take some time to get through for notes, but if it were 1000 properties it would be significantly more difficult to manage and create the necessary processes and systems.
