Steve Rivera | Episode #62 | Champ and The Tramp

Today the boys sat down with Steve Rivera, owner of @elitewrestleingnj and long time friend/ corner man of @frankieedgar. Steve has had an interesting life to say the least. As a NJ native he was an elite wrestler as a youth and founded @elitewrestleingnj in 1993 after is college wrestling days ended. This allowed him to mentor both high school and college athletes and made state and national champs out of many of them. Steve talks about his transition into MMA and how Frankie was really his first student to make the crossover from wrestling to MMA. This guy gives a tremendous amount back to his community and youth wrestling and is the father of @sebastiannriveraa who is now enrolled at Rutgers University after leaving an illustrious wrestling career behind at Northwestern university. This kids a stud and definitely one to watch. @champandthetramp
