INGREDIENTS :

300 grams fusilli pasta
1 cup blue cheese sauce
100 grams bacon lardons
3 tablespoons pasta water
1 teaspoon ground black pepper
2 teaspoons dried parsley

INSTRUCTIONS :

.in a mixing bowl 300 grams cooked fusilli pasta, 100 grams cooked bacon lardons
.add 1 teaspoon ground black pepper, 2 teaspoons dried parsley, 3 tablespoons pasta water
.add 1 cup blue cheese sauce & mix together
.garnish with ground black pepper & chopped parsley
